In 1990 I had the fortunate opportunity of the Southern Alameda County Association of Realtors®, SACAR®, (currently the Bay East Association of Realtors®) asking me to be the insurance broker for their insurance programs. In 1992 there was a void in real estate errors & omissions insurance. SACAR® asked me to look into finding errors & omissions insurance for their Members. As a result, I began offering errors & omissions insurance to real estate and related industries in 1992.

We are an independent insurance brokerage, currently place the insurance for over 1300 offices performing real estate and related services and have broker relationships with over 15 insurance programs offering such insurance.

I encourage our clients to call me to discuss any potential claims they may have. This has resulted in hundreds of these conversations, which has been an exceptional experience. Representing about 1500 clients, over 15 programs and experiencing the claims calls and follow-ups I have learned quite a bit as to what some of the areas on the application and in the policy that applicants should be aware of in the errors & omissions process.

We offer workers compensation, general liability and health insurance and are independent insurance brokers for those programs as well. The health, dental and vision insurance available through the Bay East Association of Realtors® are guarantee issue for Members of the Association.

I am an affiliate member of the Bay East Association of Realtors® and have been actively involved in the Associations’ committees and councils throughout the years.

Married with 2 children; adult daughter who graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo who is a happy newlywed and a son who is in high school. Like to play tennis, snow ski, watch my son’s teams play and try to stay in shape. Enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and children.
